AIKEN, S.C. -

Joey William Leaphart of Tutt Street in Langley has been arrested on charges of 3rd Degree Assault and Battery and Tresspassing.

According to the incident report, at around 12:30pm Friday Leaphart was in line at a retail store on Richland Avenue in Aiken. He allegedly touched the calf of the woman standing in front of him. Then, as she was leaning forward to reach into her card, Leaphart placed his gum in her flip-flop under her heel. He told her "I need to get my gum. It rolled under your foot."

The victim told Leaphart that he needed to back off, but he persisted in trying to retrieve his gum. After threatening to call the police, Leaphart left heading towards the garden center.

We reported on Leaphart one year ago, when he allegedly sucked the toes of a woman in the Grovetown Walmart. He claimed to be with a television show and wanted to kiss her foot as part of a prank. As Leaphart fled after that incident, he reportedly told the woman "It tasted so good, though!"
